相信大家都聽過Pica pica,價錢合理之餘食物質素相當高,係我會不斷回訪的西班牙菜!!! 差唔多試哂成個Menu🤣這篇集合我幾次去pica pica試過的菜式,全部都十分推介🤤!☺︎︎ Ibérico ham croquette ($18/pc)☺︎︎ Squid croquette with "All-i-oli" ($18/pc)好似迷你既可樂餅,內餡係火腿和薯蓉,外脆內軟充滿鹹香~後者是墨魚汁味,口感綿密,加上墨魚粒好好食☺︎︎ Cured fish assortment ($195)第一次試醃魚🫢意料之外的沒有腥味,酸酸的很開胃,配上脆包片也不錯吃~☺︎︎ Jamón Ibérico acorn fed, up to 52 months curation ($125/ 25gr)這道是必點!!肉質柔軟,味道鹹香之餘油脂感滿滿,香氣亦非常濃郁,很適合送酒~☺︎︎ Payoyo cheese from Cadiz, tomato jam ($75)☺︎︎ 12 months cured Manchego cheese, quince jelly ($75)兩款cheese都很好吃,Payoyo che

好似迷你既可樂餅,內餡係火腿和薯蓉,外脆內軟充滿鹹香~後者是墨魚汁味,口感綿密,加上墨魚粒好好食

第一次試醃魚🫢意料之外的沒有腥味,酸酸的很開胃,配上脆包片也不錯吃~

這道是必點!!肉質柔軟,味道鹹香之餘油脂感滿滿,香氣亦非常濃郁,很適合送酒~

兩款cheese都很好吃,Payoyo cheese以羊奶製成,口感軟滑濃郁,味道偏臭不過食落好香😂後者口感偏結實~
☺︎︎ Ajillo prawns ($172)
熱辣辣的蒜油浸住蝦和蒜片,蝦肉爽口彈牙,配上麵包浸落蒜油吃超正!!!
☺︎︎ Octopus Galician style on potato "al caliu" ($138)
八爪魚肉質軟腍,鮮味厚肉,不過口感沒我想像中的彈牙🤣底下的薯蓉很重的牛油香好好食🤩
☺︎︎ "Fideua" from Gandia with cuttlefish & "All-i-oli" ($88/ Samll)
"Fideua"就是麵版的paella,將短麵煮至乾身收汁,外層微脆有嚼勁,很似炒米粉😂食落鮮味濃郁,吸哂海鮮的精華,這款大推!
☺︎︎ Red Prawn Hotdog ($162 )
熱狗裏有紅蝦、炸蒜片和Mayo,普遍食法係將蝦頭膏汁唧落包一起吃,不過我就中意分開食🤭蝦身好鮮甜,肉質軟滑,不是很爽口的那種,個蝦頭完全係精華所在🥹香濃又鮮甜多汁,滿滿的蝦膏汁好幸福🥰
☺︎ Wagyu steak tartare on charred bone marrow ($175)
生牛肉他他調味剛好,帶少少酸的很開胃~連埋牛骨髓既油脂香和滑溜口感,配上脆包片會一口接一口地吃🤤
☺︎ Dark chocolate, hazelnut,extra virgin olive oil, salt ($74)
香濃的朱古力慕絲加上榛子,配以海鹽和橄欖油作點綴,味道鹹鹹的更突出朱古力的濃,個人不太愛🫢
☺︎ Catalan cream foam, vanilla ice cream ($55)
就是Crème brûlée的味道,疏乎厘的口感,好似吃食緊空氣😂整體都偏甜了點
☺︎ Basque Burnt cheesecake,redberries sorbet ($78)
必點之一,每次嚟都要食🤟🏻 cheesecake香濃軟滑,外層餅底脆脆的,配以酸甜的紅桑sorbet很開胃
☺︎︎ Red/ White Sangria ($233/Jug)
食西班牙菜必定要飲Sangria!個人更愛紅款更甜一點~幾個人的話建議叫一壺share更划算
