To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食片皮鴨,約班朋友仔出來食新年飯,臨急臨忙搵間方便泊車又好食既片皮鴨,最後決定Moko 北京樓book張8人枱,可免少少泊車費lol星期六晚,好多人,有點太嘈 & service 有d亂。想落單,加野,要醬料,加茶,每次都要舉好耐好耐手先有人應,不過新年期間一定忙了,幾位服務員都算有禮貌既~填鴨三食, 我鍾意有肉又有脆皮既片皮鴨~ 8個人share 1隻鴨,真係唔夠 haha 其餘個2食都冇乜特別。另外個個係湯,冇影相!連埋加一大概$300隻,都算抵食!素鵝:普普通通, 可以一試蜜汁火腿 + 腿餅: 影漏左個白腿餅包, 冇乜特別,個人不太喜歡金華火腿lol干扁四季豆 : 唔好食,淡味,豆太軟身唔夠干炒。呢個菜應該係要好香口的~ 失望賽螃蟹:ok 的,蛋白再滑d會更好!小籠包 : Surprise呢到既小籠包不錯喔!皮薄多湯。但湯+肉味道唔夠濃郁~海蜇頭:清清爽爽的,前菜可試試~ 如有點辣味會更好,現在見到少少辣椒碎,但完全冇辣味~炒年糕: 又係清清的,偏淡。松子黃魚: 平時我好鍾意這款魚,但一上菜,竟然咁細條??仲要差不多$300! 好少好少松子,汁冇乜特別。 條魚已經細條,冇乜

開左支紅酒,埋單每人$250,算抵食喔!但餸菜偏淡 ,好似冇落鹽咁(我平事已經算食得淡了)!
