To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佳因今日發生既野都令到我心身疲累想食一點點的辣刺激一下行左成個商場最後都係揀譚仔三哥好似係近期推出既新野酸辣撈薯粉聽到都流口水🤤我今次叫左外賣拎翻屋企慢慢嘆首先酸辣撈薯粉$39配料有 雲耳 豬耳 脆片同青青絲之後我加左酸菜$5打開膠袋會見到有圍裙可能防止彈到d汁係衣服到甘我就乖乖地圍上打開個盒時 佢係分開左兩層可能怕焗霖d脆片到打開撈薯片個陣 d秘製三哥酸辣汁既味 好刺鼻聞到都覺得開胃更係快d倒埋d配料一齊撈食第一啖既時候真係酸辣都可以接受 就好似平時食緊5小辣甘 又酸又辣既感覺食撈薯好在既地方就係佢微暖 無湯 唔會湯到咀之後食多幾啖 就會越食越辣可能整個口腔都不斷分泌d汁出黎D汁夠食曬成碗 每啖既薯粉都有汁要慢慢咬先好吞我個人覺得d粉多 下次都係叫小薯粉整體既味道係豐富好食既
