這個時候,朋友身在京都嵐山看漫天楓紅、坐嵯峨野的小火車、保津川的遊覽船,秋意透過照片每天不停播送。是日我們也來到嵯峨野,說的是千禧新世界酒店內的日本料理,雖然不能去京都,但至少也能在這兒享受一頓美好的日本菜吧? 餐廳的入口處有藍色布檔遮着,看起來比較陰暗,店內劃分為私密度較高的座敷個室,靠近落地玻璃窗旁比較開揚的table位、壽司吧,以及專門吃鐵板燒的區域。我們被安排坐在吧檯那邊,店員很快送上熱茶和毛巾。午市套餐定食的選擇頗多,平均大約在HK$250~450之間,我點了三文魚及三文魚籽飯定食,HK$300包括前菜、沙律、茶碗蒸、三文魚及三文魚籽飯,還另加牛肉烏冬和甜品,份量相當豐富。前菜將大根、紅蘿蔔、蒟蒻、芋絲等切絲煮成,做法上沒有驚喜,似乎吃點帶有清新酸味的漬物會令人更覺得醒神。沙律倒是有點新意,除了將沙律和柚子醬汁分開,表面更放了紅色的珊瑚海藻,夾起來看,還真有點像塑膠海草,口感爽爽韌韌的,挺特別。其餘材料加入鹹魚仔、紫菜、海帶、蘿蔔絲、車厘茄、紫椰菜等,也許是因為添了黃椒絲,總覺得味道跟平時的有點不一樣。茶碗蒸隨着主菜一同端來,或許是因為等了些時間,蒸蛋已經放涼了,拿上手只剩一
