來到「古琴雅苑」尖沙咀分店,地址是尖沙咀北京道12A號太子集團中心15樓。必點菜式「北京烤鴨」半隻$218,他們的招牌烤北京填鴨師承北京百年老店「全聚德」, 擺盤精緻 ,烤鴨皮層酥脆,外焦裏嫩,帶有一股果木的清香,非常滋味。再配上他們的秘製蜂蜜黃梅醬、京醬、哈蜜瓜、京葱及青瓜等配料,真是北京烤鴨正宗原味道。另一「暖冬窩心」系列,我點了「至尊拼盤」$208,拼盤可嚐到多款特色小菜,包括有「花雕醉雞」很有花雕酒香氣,雞肉嫩滑。「揚州水晶肉」肉紅皮白,光滑晶瑩,滷凍透明, 有啫哩果凍口感。 「雞絲粉皮」粉皮煙煙韌韌,配上雞絲、青瓜及麻醬,非常開胃。 「拍開洋黃瓜」新爽香脆, 最清新的前菜。「四喜烤麩」味道濃郁,鹹中帶甜,烤麩吸飽湯汁,一咬醬汁濆出來,是經典素涼菜。
