To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

必吃炸饅頭！上環優質上海菜店

這天放工后與同事一起到附近找餐廳吃飯，非常餓呢我們。 我們找到這家上海菜立馬前往。 我們叫了葱油拌麵，炸銀絲卷（類似炸饅頭不過裏面更加有層次！）， 菜肉餛飩，酸辣湯餛飩，還有小籠包。 葱油拌麵真的很香，而且不是太濃味太油膩，面質也算彈牙。 炸銀絲卷一定要推薦，本人很喜歡吃炸饅頭配煉奶，這個炸銀絲卷除了外脆内軟，裏面還是一層層的，好讓煉奶流進去，分外好吃！另外就是菜肉餛飩和酸辣湯餛飩，餛飩的料很足，好吃。而酸辣湯的料也很足，我和朋友都吃得非常滿足。至於小籠包我們覺得是正常發揮呢。而環境真的挺有風味，我喜歡。總的來説，這家我是會推薦給喜歡上海菜的朋友去吃哦~
