今日帶auntie出銅鑼灣食燒鵝,選銅鑼灣是因為「甘饕」是由鏞記第三代長子打理的燒味專門店,可以吃到有水準的燒鵝。店鋪不是好大,座位還算闊落。燒鵝瀨粉($83)賣相討好,外皮棕色帶紅,色澤均勻,肥瘦適中,味道也適中,油脂甘香,確是有水準的燒鵝。瀨粉爽滑,湯底清甜。大少叉燒煎蛋飯($88)用梅頭豬肉厚切的大少叉燒非常軟腍,醬汁是洋蔥汁,比普通豉油汁多一份層次,加上半熟流心煎蛋,非常好送飯。白飯口感偏硬,飯粒分明,加上叉燒和煎蛋,色香味俱全。例湯:冬瓜豬骨湯($0)夠曬火喉,很濃郁,飲完好舒服。
