四、五月正是日本櫻花盛放時,若然未能及時返鄉下,來海港城的京都一の傳食飯,可以在漂亮的仿櫻樹下用餐,未嘗不是一件樂事!可以的話,晚上6:00到客人未至方便拍照。「京都一の傳」食材上乘,我必吃鎮店之寶[藏味噌漬銀鱈魚],以京都祖傳古法製造醬油,的確勝人一籌;此外和牛亦極之高品質,吉列或鹽燒各有風味;鍋物亦有質素。 藏味噌漬.銀鱈魚 $258據說做法是把魚塊置於滿滿的味噌醃床內,花上兩日兩夜以上時間醃製而成,充分地把滋味提昇到最高。魚肉滑不溜手,魚皮香脆,獨特的醬油香,非常入味,極品!慢煮吉列A5和牛 $498和牛豐腴軟熟,對比外層酥脆的炸漿,厚度適中,口感一流! 備以醬油、鹽、青檸汁提味。 燒免治雞軟骨 $48肉質鬆軟緊密,內藏軟骨粒,自己家製作,味香濃郁,與別不同。配醬油生雞蛋是黃金組合,倍增潤澤。 鹽燒牛舌 $88厚切牛舌,口感更佳,鹽燒入味,很香惹。 韓式黑豚肉泡菜鍋 $178黑豚肉肥瘦相間,柔軟有嚼口,豆腐非常軟滑,中初級辣度,味道好好。 我很喜歡「京都一の傳」的出品,定必重訪。
