To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午時間純粹行過搵食，撞入咗呢間小廚，我中意呢間餐廳氣氛同Lunch set，絕對係觀塘區靚！正！之選。今日加埋同事兩個人去食😁😁😁邪惡之選，睇落好深色好夠味！同事叫咗川味紅燒肉飯，見到確實比較香濃，帶點微辣，且一點也不油膩，吃後亦沒有口渴的感覺我自己就食川香回鍋肉飯同配菜淋滿濃稠的醬汁，所有東西加起來，口感豐富，層次分明！一吃下去先是微辣的感覺，但不到兩秒，那股辣勁便會慢慢滲出來，還越食越麻，非常過癮。麻和辣對我這種重口味來說都恰到好處。服務員周到有禮，總體來說很不錯的用餐體驗。就當日所見，門外一直保持著一條人龍就知道他們有一定的捧場客喔！
