大戶屋在日本很有名,還記得第一次光顧是在銅鑼灣分店,當時的價格屬於中上路線,並沒有現在的便宜,難怪門外排隊的人越來越多。點了一份燒醬油麴熟成五花腩拼牛扒 (HKD100),加了$23升級為定食套餐,牛扒和五花腩都好好吃,五花腩一口咬下還帶脆度,滿滿豬肉汁隨口而下,牛扒也很棒,嚼起來很香,十分下飯,整個大滿足!😋✨另外點了特製吉列牛肉玉子鍋定食 (HKD120),賣相吸引,但味道令人失望,吉列外層又厚又不脆,包覆著一層又一層的牛肉,牛肉口感很老,肉汁不多又不入味,邊吃邊有種失落感。😩
