To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去咗間環境高級雅致嘅中菜館，店内裝潢考究，屏風將枱同枱之間隔開，保持私密性。樓梯旁嘅牆上加咗幾幅畫，增添咗藝術氣息，而碗碟上嘅花紋同蝴蝶刻工，更顯得細緻。滋潤燉湯食材嘅精華都完美融合入湯底，湯水清澈透明，飲到蟲草花嘅甘香，瘦肉鮮美，龍眼肉嘅甜味提升咗整體滋味，滋補養生。風味小炒皇 韭菜經過快火快炒，保持住咗清脆同新鮮，魷魚炒到外表微焦，口感彈牙。甜蜜咕嚕肉每一塊咕嚕肉都炸得外皮酥脆，肉質保持軟嫩，酸甜汁中和油脂，甜味恰到好處。廣式臘味煲仔飯用上自家製臘味 - 臘腸、腊肉、臘鴨，味道鮮香，充滿着濃郁嘅香氣，米飯用上黑土種植五常米，煲仔飯底部有一層香脆嘅飯焦，必試之選。另外叫左2杯特色飲品，顏色鮮艷吸引，味道清新又解渴。
