To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小曼谷間唔時都會嚟食，今次就食南角道分店呢一間，佢同隔籬嗰間BTS站美食其實同一間，嘢食種類一樣有好多泰式醃豬頸肉沙律次次嚟都必嗌嘅豬頸肉沙律，因為份量好多又有菜又有肉好抵食，仲可以自選辣度泰式叉燒乾麵第一次食呢一個叉燒乾麵，麵底係鹼水麵，叉燒偏紅，賣相好吸引，個叉燒汁撈麵幾好食甜甜地滷水豬手煲大件夾抵食，仲要係無骨嘅豬手，滷水好入味，煲底仲係菜底，真係嗌一煲都夠餸飯，豬手炆得好淋泰式拼盤叫咗一個細size嘅拼盤就有齊蝦餅/魚餅/春卷/雞棗，每樣嘢都有四件，四個人食就啱啱好可以每樣都試啲，最正係個蝦餅又厚肉又彈牙椰皇沙冰椰汁沙冰同埋椰奶就飲得多，椰皇沙冰真係比較少見，原來你買啲椰皇肉一齊打落啲碎冰到，飲落去好有口感又好濃郁，好好飲真係要試吓
