今晚去新蒲崗搵朋友食飯,朋友話不如去新蒲崗試下呢間六十年嘅潮州老店睇下有乜好食入到店內,周圍裝修仍然維持舊有港式情懷睇吓餐牌原來除左潮式鹵味、潮式小炒同一些港式大排檔小菜同懷舊手工菜我哋叫左個古法砵仔焗魚腸、椒鹽白鱔、普寧豆醬雞(半隻)、蒜蓉蒸聖子皇同鹵水鵝肝拼鵝腸古法砵仔焗魚腸:大大盤,蛋面焗得好脆,入口好香蛋味,魚腸肥美甘香椒鹽白鱔:未食祇係聞已經覺得好惹味,白鱔啖啖肉,外脆肉嫩,肉質新鮮,椒鹽味好夠普寧豆醬雞(半隻):雞肉嫰滑多汁,啖啖肉,普寧豆醬另到雞肉多左一份豆香味同鹹香,但呢d唔係死鹹蒜蓉蒸聖子皇:有手掌噤大隻,肉質彈牙鮮美,蒜蓉同粉絲索晒d鮮味,入口勁惹味鹵水鵝肝拼鵝腸:鹵水汁好濃郁好香唔點其他醬汁都夠曬入味,鵝腸爽口肥美,散出陣陣鵝香鵝肝入口綿綿細滑,在口腔漫漫溶化圓肉紅棗薏米水:係自家製,好足料,飲完口腔好舒服,而且甜度適中呢間可以约班朋友試多幾次,太多美食一次食唔曬,而且呢度有得試手工名菜,仙鶴神針,下次一定要試
