To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期就係要hea hea~今日去完海怡半島睇戲之後就嚟到西營盤食晚餐，見第三街開左間幾有趣嘅小店—張三😺就決定入去試下啦！餐廳幾精緻，入面裝修得幾文青feel~ 晚餐選擇都幾多，我就揀左水波蛋辣肉醬義大利麵($158)🍝🍝 要左意大利菜湯嘅，真心推薦比大家！湯好清新，番茄味濃，而且辣辣地，入面仲有d溶左嘅薯仔，好想飲多碗添！ 👅👅 主菜真係好邪惡😬😬一隻完美嘅水波蛋就訓係芝士肉醬上面，忍唔住吉爛佢之後再撈到每一啖都食到蛋黃同芝士！食落去真係一流，肉醬帶辣令成件事冇咁濟，而且蛋黃同芝士令口感好順滑🤑🤑 意粉煮得夠彈牙有口感🐥👅 最後仲有抹茶cake 🎂🍰蛋糕幾軟熟，唔會太甜🍹 跟餐要左hot lemon tea🍽食完又要做gym減下嚕🙈
