To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

少有地來到太古工作，同事介紹我去Chatterbox Express食飯，餐廳主打海南雞、喇沙、肉骨茶、撈麵、新加坡炒類、咖哩、小食等等，豐富多樣。我點了文華海南雞飯$108 +$10升級雞髀好抵，飲品+$10升級涼粉冰；海南雞好嫩滑，雞味濃，配三款醬汁各有特色。凉粉冰甜度適中，涼粉特別多。同事點了招牌大蝦喇沙 $128，+$10升級青檸梳打，湯底賣相十分吸引，椰香味特濃，整體味道香濃惹味，配青檸梳打剛剛好。小食加配：另外再點了雞肉沙嗲 $48/4串，正好同同事Share食，每人两串剛好，配上特調醬汁，十分惹味。整體不錯，下次再試其他款式先。
