最近同朋友見面都係我負責揀餐廳 唔知係咪潛意識太掛住日本 每次都係會揀返食我最愛嘅日本菜🤣海膽吞拿魚壽司 ($220)呢款壽司賣相同味道都係一流一啖食哂係比分層食好味好多倍 因為一啖有齊哂3層嘅滋味同口感刺身盛盒五點 ($298)每款魚生都係厚切 口感十足而且食得出非常新鮮 赤身都好有驚喜傳統厚燒玉子 ($60)玉子燒係呢度嘅招牌之一一層又一層嘅蛋 燒得岩岩好 而傳統口味食得倒味醂嘅酒香日本水菜紅甘薯沙律 ($72)甘薯好粉好甜同胡麻風味好夾日本水菜比平時食開嘅沙律菜更加爽脆牛肉石頭鍋飯 ($128)侍應會幫忙將鍋飯撈好珍珠米撈埋蛋汁其實已經好好味 再加埋菇同牛肉 味道唔錯不過啲牛肉切得比較細碎 如果多返啲就更出色喇 海鹽荔枝梳打 ($42)除咗荔枝嘅甜味 海鹽更加係完全發揮倒作用 令到成杯野飲好有層次

珍珠米撈埋蛋汁其實已經好好味 
再加埋菇同牛肉 味道唔錯
不過啲牛肉切得比較細碎 
如果多返啲就更出色喇 

海鹽荔枝梳打 ($42)
除咗荔枝嘅甜味 海鹽更加係完全發揮倒作用 
令到成杯野飲好有層次
