To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有遠征港島區吃飯,今次來到這間本身是想主要吃有牛油果的菜,但原來朋友是不愛吃牛油果的😂😂(天大的誤會)反正都來到了,餐廳不在旺區,氣氛勁悠閑(還種了很多仙人掌)又幾近附近新開放參觀的舊精神病院,一試無防~SEAFOOD PAELLA 339平時吃西班牙海鮮飯吃得多,第一次是墨西哥海鮮飯😳與西班牙款很不同,墨西哥款是用海鮮高湯調製,口感較清爽。每粒飯飽滿且粒粒分明~2個人吃份量很多,海鮮差點吃不完🤣SIGNATURE FRIED CHICKEN 89和平時食開的炸雞有點不同,口感像焗出來的脆,不油膩呢~肉質都算嫩滑,配辣椒醬吃可辣可不辣~menu 說以20種調味料醃製超過24小時~味道層次都幾豐富!AVOCADO ICE-CREAM $88牛油果雪糕推薦一定要試,味道和牛油果幾乎一樣,但口感像雪芭,很清新好味😋
