牛油鹽燒奄仔蟹奄仔蟹好大隻，而且有好多膏好多肉。佢個做法都好特別，係用牛油加粗鹽焗製，食落微鹹而帶牛油香，同平時一係蒸，一係炒嘅方法好唔同，別有一番風味蟹油炒麵每條麵都吸收曬豉油同蟹油，有味得嚟唔會太鹹，而且好重嘅蟹油香，食落亦都好有鑊氣。雖然係叫蟹油炒麵，但係炒得夠乾身，唔會覺得好油膩，唔會食完見到成堆油喺底。再加上灑咗蒜粒喺面，香上加香！！椒鹽魷魚拼白飯魚魷魚好彈牙爽口，白飯魚雖然炸過，但都食得出鮮味，而且炸得好香脆。炸嘅粉漿唔算好厚，加埋椒鹽食好惹味，用嚟送飯真係一流

每條麵都吸收曬豉油同蟹油，有味得嚟唔會太鹹，而且好重嘅蟹油香，食落亦都好有鑊氣。雖然係叫蟹油炒麵，但係炒得夠乾身，唔會覺得好油膩，唔會食完見到成堆油喺底。再加上灑咗蒜粒喺面，香上加香！！
