To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從係荔枝角返工後，都會四圍發掘一下有無新特色餐廳試。今次行下行下行到去長沙灣發現左呢一間專食日本丼飯的日式小店，想不到真有驚喜！店舖雖然真係細左dd，如果多人黎食，建議真係要預先訂位！自家秘制三色丼飯$98望見餐牌真係有好多款式選擇，患有選擇困難症的我見到招牌，想也不想就點了！呢個三色丼飯真係物超所值，既包含熟食又有刺身，簡直係一次滿足曬兩種要求。等左大概十分鐘，終於黎啦！賣相係超靚，有北寄貝，大大淡蟹棒同燒三文魚，個人最愛非蟹棒莫屬，每一啖都係蟹肉，簡直係每一口都係幸福的滋味！十分建議一試！
