食中菜梗係要跟次序啦,呢間餐廳由前菜到主食都保留住中菜嘅特色感,而我都感到非常詫異,居然係一間西餐廳嘅格調品嚐到咁高質素。前菜方面,先有蝦多士、陳醋排骨同素春卷。煎炸嘅小食唔會太過火,咬落脆卜卜。陳醋排骨,酸酸甜甜幾開胃。海鮮方面,有一個海鮮羹同蒜蓉蒸扇貝。海鮮湯羹飲落去都幾足料,加上大量嘅豆腐粒粒,唔會太鹹。而蒜蓉蒸扇貝亦都唔會過咗火喉,蒸得啱啱好,咬落爽甜。小食類型方面有呢款棒棒蝦吉列包,白色嘅外皮夾膜非常鬆軟,裏面嘅棒棒蝦形成咗強烈嘅口感對比!啖啖蝦肉,再加上滋味嘅千島醬,好味推介。去到主食有魚、雞、牛可以選擇,我就揀咗脆皮燒牛肋骨。外皮用上炸粉,咬落酥脆萬分,牛肋骨已經預先切好,口感好似牛腩一樣,牛味香濃!最後當然唔少得有甜品,朱古力歌劇院蛋糕同香橙凍撻都令人印象深刻!建議先品嚐香橙味,酸酸甜甜嘅口感份外輕盈,然後再品嚐邪惡嘅朱古力,真係好完滿!!
