今次係同事做搞手,帶左我哋去太子「陳儀興尚潮樓」~因為地方夠舒適,啱晒聚餐!而且陳儀興嘅潮州菜又係新蒲崗老字號,夠晒正宗。先來一杯功夫茶先~🫖食潮州嘢點少得滷水拼盤!😏📌全晚覺得最出色嘅就係滷水鵝肉鵝肝,同埋蠔仔粥!😏⭐️推薦❗鵝三寶($298起)原來裏面嘅拼配可以更換!😳補返差價就可以啦!😎我地叫左鵝片、鵝肝、元蹄,全部都滷得好入味!🤤最欣賞鵝肝,質地細嫩,入口即化~💕鵝片肉質結實,肥瘦適中且味道新鮮。潮州方味拼盤($168)可以一次試晒傳統炸蝦棗和古法炸粿肉兩款招牌菜!(菜單冇寫有雙拼,所以要同店員溝通溝通😂)蝦棗炸至金黃酥脆,蝦膠內餡加左馬蹄,更添口感。炸粿肉用腐皮包着混合了馬蹄的豬肉,口感鮮美,配上甜酸汁,不錯吃!☺️⭐️推薦❗蠔仔方魚肉碎粥($75)雖然Menu寫住每位$75,不過其實叫一碗足夠二人share食。採用大粒珍珠蠔,份量都算多!啖啖蠔肉,蠔味香濃~😎加上方魚嘅點綴,味道更有層次。👍🏻碧綠川椒雞($128)唔好比個菜名嚇親,其實川椒雞係唔辣嘅😂,而係有一種獨特的香味。雞球加了川椒粉和醬油一起炒,炒得幾有鑊氣!雞球肉質保持嫩滑多汁,配上爽脆如海苔的川椒葉,口感幾有趣!欖菜崧
而且陳儀興嘅潮州菜又係新蒲崗老字號,夠晒正宗。
