棉登徑食肆越開越多,其中有一間中式酒樓己進駐了好一段時間,聽聞有得奬菜式和三十年陳皮紅豆沙,今晚我都是慕名而來。金磚豆腐造型平平無奇,食過先知了不起。外層炸皮又香又薄,還有黑芝麻和炸蒜,夠晒惹味。中間的豆腐滑滑有豆香,佐酒一流。水芙蓉蒸明蝦球鮮黃色彩好美。底層是蒸蛋白,中層是晶瑩薄透的衍汁,上層是明蝦球,完美的配搭,果然是得奬菜式。蛋白又滑又溜,入口即化溶入口腔。蝦球爽脆彈牙,鮮美。海鮮兩面黃麵條鬆酥可口,兩面煎得有微焦,香口惹味。淋上海鮮配料,再加少許醋汁,無得輸。遠年陳皮紅豆沙為它而來的,沒有另我失望。紅豆起沙,質感濃稠。可見絲絲陳皮,不時散發出陳皮的香,名不虛傳,好正!

水芙蓉蒸明蝦球
鮮黃色彩好美。底層是蒸蛋白,中層是晶瑩薄透的衍汁,上層是明蝦球,完美的配搭,果然是得奬菜式。
蛋白又滑又溜,入口即化溶入口腔。
蝦球爽脆彈牙,鮮美。

遠年陳皮紅豆沙
為它而來的,沒有另我失望。紅豆起沙,質感濃稠。可見絲絲陳皮,不時散發出陳皮的香,名不虛傳,好正!
