首先一入到去就講吓佢個環境,同一啲小眾火鍋店一樣都係比較逼夾,可能係因為佢比每個人嗰張枱都比較大。咁入到去就首先落咗個湯底啦,入到嚟就一定要試佢個濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯。咁上個湯底嘅時候佢就見到入面已經剪好晒一嚿嚿,再加埋嗰啲花膠,每一舊花膠都唔會好細舊,但係佢唔係炆到好淋個種。咁個店員就提醒我哋當個湯滾起嘅時候就飲咗個湯先,咁我哋食啲雞都覺得唔會好鞋嘅,個湯都幾鮮甜。咁我哋另外就嗌咗啲安格斯牛,豬肉,唔同嘅蜆, 同埋桶蠔啲安格斯牛都好新鮮,大概淥左10零秒就食得,食落去都冇乜雪藏味,豬肉嘅話相對來講就比較鞋,同埋有啲雪藏味。咁佢啲蜆識落去全部都冇沙嘅,每一隻都唔會好細隻,用d殼嘅重量敷衍你但係如果令人最唔滿意嘅地方,就係佢有機會會漏單,但係買單嘅時候會有啲明明你冇叫到但係落咗你張單雖然個店員係你發現咗之後會幫你cancel咗,但係大家都要小心啲食完之後一定要睇單🫣
