果然名不虛傳,金黃色淨係睇色澤已經知係用左好長時間熬製味道應該係好濃郁。急不及待要飲啖湯先,果然超濃甜。花膠又大又厚,雞肉嫩滑鮮甜又夠多肉。店員好貼心幫我哋剪開花膠及雞。湯實在太甜太好飲,攪到我哋唔捨得放啲料落去,飲完仲覺得暖笠笠。

聽講依間花膠雞煲好出名,今日終於得閒黎試下。湯底當然要叫濃湯原隻雞煲花膠湯,兩個人所以叫咗小份,有半隻雞。頭啖湯非常鮮甜,雞肉又嫩又滑,煮得好腍,花膠足足有6-7片,非常痴口~配料叫咗澳洲和牛牛展肉,牛展肉絞路清新,肉味香濃。薑汁皮蛋貢丸,入面有爆汁薑汁同埋粒粒皮蛋,非常特別~好開心依度有蜂巢豆腐,soak哂湯底,而且一層層好有口感。仲叫咗唐生菜、鮮荀尖片、鮮腐竹、非常新鮮,連埋湯底煮更加突出鮮甜味, 腐竹好有咬口。最後仲點咗2杯特飲,有青檸梳打、蜜桃特飲,有粒粒蜜桃,爽口夠fresh!

為了這一口花膠雞湯,真的值得我再來!下次記得要早點預約 因為真的太受歡迎了這間餐廳已經開了很多年還是人氣高企但是自從搬了到尖沙咀之後我都沒有吃過但是還是一如以往的好吃特別喜歡這裏的雞肉 就算煮完一樣好吃好像韓國的火鍋料理一樣這裏的店員都會為我們剪開雞肉當然一開始可以自行調校喜歡的醬汁,蔥、蒜蓉、炸蒜 辣椒都齊備1.花膠味道很香濃 吃得出不是急凍花膠越煮越好吃😋2.安格斯牛肉都是每次來到必點的 肥瘦適中,有肉味 3.比較特別的是胡椒豬肚貢丸真的吃到一點的胡椒味食材選擇也很多元化飲品好像是桂圓玫瑰 🌹不會太甜 我喜歡的另外還點了娃娃菜 跟花膠湯很配搭4.最特別是這裏有很多活海鮮 真的好像去了魚市場海鮮最重要就是新鮮 龍蝦 龍躉 還可以提早預約喜歡的海鮮鮑魚價格也不貴
