雪園我真係細細個就聽過佢大名啦,近排得知「雪園會館」係紅磡開分店,就去試下睇下keep 唔keep到老舖既水準。生煎包一日賣出超過1000隻生煎包真係唔係浪得虛名嫁,包身鬆軟底部香脆,豬肉餡料充滿湯汁每咬一啖都有汁流出黎,真心生煎包世一小籠包一直記得雪園點心好出色,再嚐佢個小籠包真係next level,皮薄餡靚又多汁,重點係個皮咁薄都做到煙韌口感真係不得了鎮江肴肉入口即化唔油膩,點埋個醋更清爽 而且佢個賣相層次分明好靚好吸引,令我對成餐飯好期待手撕童子雞其實即係山東燒雞,經師傳將原隻雞拆骨再手撕上碟,雞味濃又帶少少煙燻香味,盡顯師傅功架百頁結紅燒肉依度菜我爸爸一路食一路讚,佢差啲想獨吞~ 連皮既紅燒肉肥瘦程度啱啱好,炆到口感勁鬆化,百頁結又索哂啲汁,依個紅燒肉完全呈現左醬油既魅力。

手撕童子雞
其實即係山東燒雞,經師傳將原隻雞拆骨再手撕上碟,雞味濃又帶少少煙燻香味,盡顯師傅功架

百頁結紅燒肉
依度菜我爸爸一路食一路讚,佢差啲想獨吞~ 連皮既紅燒肉肥瘦程度啱啱好,炆到口感勁鬆化,百頁結又索哂啲汁,依個紅燒肉完全呈現左醬油既魅力。
