食物相當有水準 環境舒適 員工亦非常客氣可能由於佢個地點關係 本身我對佢冇乜期望 但估唔到啲嘢咁好食每一樣菜式個水準都好平均但一定要多人食先至食到仲有好多大菜 (例如元蹄 雲吞雞)我哋都未試到8個人食到飽飽連甜品都食唔落😆太多嘢想食 下次要再去可以試埋其他菜式同埋甜品希望佢可以保持落去 香港有太多食肆因為環境關係維持唔到 見到真係覺得十分可惜尤其是係啲食傳統菜式嘅店舖話時話銅鑼灣都有一間雪園 有冇人知道佢哋有冇關係呢?

約了朋友午聚,去就腳又坐得舒適的「雪園會館」。Menu 上,有很多好味的東西,性價比高 . 醉乳鴿乳鴿肉質嫩滑,帶有糟鹵,玫瑰露的陣陣香味酒糟鮑魚肉質彈牙、煮汁香濃、入味無錫脆鱔 鱔魚肉夠滑,又夠脆,酒味少少香,醬油味又足夠。素黃雀一道味型口感香氣都要掌握的老菜,聽聞說 叫「素黃雀」的原因是腐皮包起後打結部份好像是兩只小翅膀,加上顏色金黃,有如黃雀,因而得名。用上腐皮,包裹著冬菇絲、甘筍絲、筍絲、木耳絲、豆乾等等松子桂魚 魚肉炸班外脆內嫩魚身帶金黃色醬汁亦甜中帶酸,吃出師傅功架 ~去骨>>𠝹花>>上粉>>油炸砂鍋雲吞雞砂鍋雲吞雞作為上海名菜,是以原隻雞加上小棠菜或大白菜、上海雲吞等材料而煮成,熬出來的湯底是清澈鮮甜,帶着金華火腿的鹹香及雞肉的精華。不得不提, 一定要試雪菊茶, 有清肝明目效果.好像吃中式料理一樣的午餐.,  很滿足

特意來尋回昔日味道,火膧翅非常-般還混了不-樣的翅👎🏻👎🏻,失望。 反而套餐的濃湯翅唔錯👍🏻👍🏻,涼拌青瓜非常好😋😋😋,其他小菜用料上乘,味道也不令人失望。環境和招呼也不錯,小聚不錯的地方。🥰

星期日晚想去食上海菜,聽朋友說雪園會館不錯,便去試吓,入去見到高朋滿座,所以期望有點高,是晚點了小籠包,生煎包,擔擔面,煙燻茶蛋,上海脆鱔。小籠包-味道尚可生煎包-沒有預期中好食擔擔面-黃埔老字號比較好吃煙燻茶蛋-不錯煙熏味濃上海脆鱔-比一般上海菜餐廳好吃總體來說不過不失,沒有驚喜的感覺,沒有覺得被搵笨的感覺但價錢亦略貴,如果在附近的朋友想食上海菜不失為一個好選擇,但如果特登要去就不必浪費時間。我心目中還是覺得浙江軒、上海會館、寧波同學會、夜上海比較正宗。

總體來說不過不失,沒有驚喜的感覺,沒有覺得被搵笨的感覺但價錢亦略貴,如果在附近的朋友想食上海菜不失為一個好選擇,但如果特登要去就不必浪費時間。
我心目中還是覺得浙江軒、上海會館、寧波同學會、夜上海比較正宗。

雪園我真係細細個就聽過佢大名啦,近排得知「雪園會館」係紅磡開分店,就去試下睇下keep 唔keep到老舖既水準。生煎包一日賣出超過1000隻生煎包真係唔係浪得虛名嫁,包身鬆軟底部香脆,豬肉餡料充滿湯汁每咬一啖都有汁流出黎,真心生煎包世一小籠包一直記得雪園點心好出色,再嚐佢個小籠包真係next level,皮薄餡靚又多汁,重點係個皮咁薄都做到煙韌口感真係不得了鎮江肴肉入口即化唔油膩,點埋個醋更清爽 而且佢個賣相層次分明好靚好吸引,令我對成餐飯好期待手撕童子雞其實即係山東燒雞,經師傳將原隻雞拆骨再手撕上碟,雞味濃又帶少少煙燻香味,盡顯師傅功架百頁結紅燒肉依度菜我爸爸一路食一路讚,佢差啲想獨吞~ 連皮既紅燒肉肥瘦程度啱啱好,炆到口感勁鬆化,百頁結又索哂啲汁,依個紅燒肉完全呈現左醬油既魅力。

一直記得雪園點心好出色,再嚐佢個小籠包真係next level,皮薄餡靚又多汁,重點係個皮咁薄都做到煙韌口感真係不得了

鎮江肴肉
入口即化唔油膩,點埋個醋更清爽 而且佢個賣相層次分明好靚好吸引,令我對成餐飯好期待

手撕童子雞
其實即係山東燒雞,經師傳將原隻雞拆骨再手撕上碟,雞味濃又帶少少煙燻香味,盡顯師傅功架

百頁結紅燒肉
依度菜我爸爸一路食一路讚,佢差啲想獨吞~ 連皮既紅燒肉肥瘦程度啱啱好,炆到口感勁鬆化,百頁結又索哂啲汁,依個紅燒肉完全呈現左醬油既魅力。
