今日行過灣仔見到新店剛開張,據說餐廳係米芝蓮2星中餐廳燒味部主廚創業的,水準應該有保障,而且餐廳全日不停燒製乳豬和燒鵝,燒味現燒現賣,保持新鮮出爐狀態,難怪客似雲來👍當然必點乳豬拼原隻鵝髀一人套餐乳豬肉質好鮮嫩,加上皮脂肪同肉層次好分明,咬落去係脆卜卜嘅,燒鵝髀超大隻,鵝味香濃,皮脆肉嫩,而且啖啖肉香,隨餐仲有足料老火湯😋金牌蜜汁叉燒王半肥瘦叉燒外層燒到有少少焦香,入口有豐富嘅蜜糖香,啖啖肉非常滿足😍
