反正久久也未嚐過燻蹄海蜇, 所以來一份。

乳豬皮放在白飯,就變成乳豬皮壽司,沾上柱候醬,整件品嚐。
白飯本無味,卻可以延長享用乳豬的時間,
同時也中和了乳豬的油膩感,讓味蕾慢慢感受乳豬的甘香。

燒腩,五花腩,下方連著一層肉一層油脂,很多地區都喜歡這個部位。
剛燒出來的腩仔,化皮很香脆,
肉質仍然嫩滑,容易咬唔乾柴,
單食已經得美味,不過也會沾上芥醬。
間中來一口青瓜木耳,讓味蕾清新一下。

距離公司近,行5分鐘就到,所以平日的午餐和同事常常叫這間的外賣,半肥瘦叉燒好味,燒鵝唔係淨係俾啲骨,正常肉嘅份量,good!可惜在OpenRice嗌呢度嘅外賣,就不能叫汽水,只能自己落去買,才能選擇汽水,這樣令我覺得有少少美中不足,當然OpenRice買就會平啲。呢樣嘢就要自己取捨嘞嘞!

叫咗個燒排骨x叉燒,份量都唔少,叉燒啲燶邊額係不得了,全部都係梅頭肉,肉質軟腍,個人覺得色水差少少偏橙色;燒排骨唔係次次都有,今次試埋佢,半份都幾多舊吓,味道同叉燒有啲似,再乾身少少會更加好,鍾意咬吓骨嘅朋友可以試試佢~
