Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我真係好鍾意食酸菜魚見到捌壹壹係主打食酸菜魚同烤魚梗係要去試吓啦估唔到中午時間去都咁多人食人氣相當高企令我更加期待🤩🔸冷鍋酸菜魚 (BB辣) $218魚片好滑份量又夠多重點係冇骨可以安心食鍋內仲有芽菜、金菇、萵筍、酸菜、水晶寬粉等配料用料好豐富食極都有好開心叫咗bb辣但味道唔會寡仲越食越滋味大推水晶寬粉好軟滑又掛湯差啲忍唔住加多兜食🤩 真心正💯🔸皇牌口水雞 (BB辣) $88雞肉好嫩滑可能叫左微辣所以麻油香味比較重但呢個口味好啱我面頭灑上芝麻同葱食落好香特別係塊雞皮索哂醬汁真係好鬼正食落特別香口加碗白飯就一流🔸炸三鮮餃 $36餃子炸到好香脆內餡飽滿餡料多汁配有泰式酸辣醬點味道更豐富🔸黑糖糍粑 $38面頭灑上黃頭粉外脆內軟咬落去口感軟糯煙煙靭靭咁好好味沾埋黑糖食絕配一定要趁熱食
