放假同老婆去銅鑼灣睇戲,之後去了老婆最喜歡的鳥居居酒屋食晚餐。之前多數是食刺身加少許串燒,但現在天氣太凍,大家都想食點熱食,所以今次無食到刺身,反而選擇了以串燒作主食。鮮菜沙律:蔬菜切成條狀,點上帶甜味的麵豉醬,清新爽脆。厚切牛舌:牛舌厚切成1cm,表面燒至有焦香,牛舌肉質軟腍且煙韌,牛肉味濃郁,有油份甘香同時都比較膩,但味道有十分,是必食之一。明太子雞翼:每隻雞翼都烓戈到外皮香脆,裏面包著脹卜卜的明太子,一咬落去,明太子的咸香味滲出同時雞肉汁及油膩滲出,兩者味道配搭恰到好處,都是我自己推介的必點項目。露筍豬肉卷:外層的豬腩片燒至油份滲出,豬腩肉香脆,裏面的露筍吸收了豬腩油份,色澤翠綠且爽脆,整個豬肉卷充滿著豬油香味。鹽燒鰆魚配酸汁:鰆魚燒至外皮帶點脆,魚肉雪白嫩滑,而且完全無骨,魚肉魚甜,配上酸汁可以減輕油膩感。龍蝦:龍蝦一開為二,表面燒至微焦,龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙,但表面醬汁略嫌過咸。柚子雪葩:味道帶酸甜,刺激味蕾同時能減輕串燒帶來的油膩感,令口腔回復清新爽利。總結:串燒食材高質而且豐富,其中牛舌及明太子雞翼是必食之選,價錢屬中價,銅鑼灣來說差不多。
