食過好幾間火鍋,方叔叔係我都好鐘意嘅其中一間🍲而家出咗新湯底 - 貴州酸湯鍋,當然要試試,概念嚟自貴州人鐘意食酸,同時代替鹽嘅一種味道酸湯以主要材料貴州紅辣椒、毛辣果發酵 180日,色澤紅豔,味道酸醇柔和,湯底仲有番茄、豆芽、小芹菜、鮮花椒等🐮配牛肉最夾最好食,所以今次要咗美國牛板翼、美國Prime特級牛小排,兩款都牛味濃好,酸湯已經好夠味,唔配豉油食都得🦪晨洲生蠔好大粒,最讚係淥完都唔會縮水,依然漲卜卜夠大粒,食落新鮮微甜,推介🥢另外仲要咗珊瑚蚌、老鵝鮮鵝腸、手打魚籽蝦滑、韭菜豬肉水餃,全部都高質好食,爽口牙,餃子多餡好食😋最後要埋紅糖爆漿糍粑,第一次喺呢度食,入面就有紅糖,口感煙韌外脆內軟👍🏻
