夏銘記是間手打魚蛋老字號,餐廳座位不多,星期六下午兩點到都要等位的。餐廳是採用軟漿方式手打魚蛋,至少兩種魚起肉打漿,每粒魚蛋皆用人手製作。點了一碗紫菜魚四寶,一碗有齊魚蛋,魚片,魚餃及墨魚丸,份量都頗大碗。魚蛋口感爽滑,但不是好彈牙的那種,反而魚味比較濃。炸過的魚片更好味到我地額外要再點一份原條的鮮炸魚條。魚餃就跟潮洲的那款相似,口感比較煙靭。雲吞水餃粗麵,水餃有兩粒,雲吞更有四粒之多,粒粒都很皮薄飽滿,內邊的蝦隻大粒爽口。水餃更會多了一份木耳的口感。另外餐廳的自家製辣椒油都很推介,加少少落粉麵當中,更好味。

雲吞水餃粗麵,水餃有兩粒,雲吞更有四粒之多,粒粒都很皮薄飽滿,內邊的蝦隻大粒爽口。水餃更會多了一份木耳的口感。
