To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次同朋友為避免排隊預早少少晚上六點幾黎Chatterbox Cafe食晚餐。今晚食咗招牌雞肉喇沙、特色鹹蛋雞翼同美祿恐龍。自從第一次係鰂魚涌Chatterbox食過招牌雞肉喇沙就一試難忘，既可以食到招牌雞肉又可以食到濃厚喇沙湯底。每次想試其他嘢食都係叫返呢個喇沙。呢碗喇沙入面有魚旦，魚片，豆腐卜同蛋，最主要梗係雞肉，好滑又有雞味。喇沙湯底有濃厚椰香味，非常惹味。鹹蛋雞翼有鹹香，不過可以再脆D。美祿恐龍，即係一杯美祿加好多美祿粉係面同埋美祿可可球，邪惡但美味。
