嗱!我哋A姐M佬就講到明重色輕友㗎啦! 不過有時都係要見下朋友嘅,多啲人又可以叫多啲嘢食,一於約埋P小姐同J先生去西環Cafe2 Oyster n Grill試下先,順便去埋佢哋屋企House warming!黑松露牛肝菌雜菌湯:嘩! 嗰湯未放到我哋面前,就已經先味奪人,勁香黑松露味。質地好厚身,睇得出好足料。入口好Creamy,黑松露同牛肝菌味道好Match。加埋蒜蓉多士, 入口香脆,正呀!軟殼蟹金柚沙律:講真我哋兩個都唔係太好沙律,不過用柚子汁或者麻醬嘅沙律就例外。柚子汁拌匀沙律菜,加埋車厘茄,酸酸甜甜,清新醒胃。軟殼蟹新鮮炸起,入口香脆。值得一提,嗰炸粉好薄!鵝肝多士配黑車厘子醬:OMG! 炭燒加拿大牛仔骨:聽店員講,呢到嘅牛仔骨係無得揀幾成熟㗎,因為大廚話七成熟以上先至好味。嘩! 嗰賣相好巴閉喎!條牛骨好似樹幹咁,牛仔骨肉仲有少少粉紅色,啖啖肉,入口軟熟,牛味香濃。
