To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 逢星期三都係百貨公司嘅周三特價日,陪A姐喺康怡廣場嘅超級市場掃完貨,我哋拎住一袋二袋三袋同四袋,所以今晚嘅晚餐最緊要坐得闊落又舒服!所以今晚晚餐選定太古嘅金公館,順便回味一吓佢哋嘅北京填鴨啦。呢度嘅二人餐好抵食,仲已經有埋北京填鴨,CP值超高。香蔥雞蛋豆乾粒前菜係香蔥雞蛋豆乾粒,份量超多,豆乾味好香,好開胃!青城山杏汁白肺湯呢個湯係金公館嘅招牌湯水,連一向唔鍾意杏仁味嘅A姐都話正!淡香嘅杏汁,令湯水呈奶白色,而配料都唔少,有雞腳、菜乾同排骨等等,好滋潤呀!烤北京填鴨重點推介當然係北京填鴨啦!同出面嘅填鴨好大分別,師傅先將肉同皮分開,然後將皮下嘅脂肪切走,所以食得夠晒健康,而皮就好脆,配上唔同嘅醬汁同配菜,食到唔同嘅口味。勝瓜炒雲耳金公館標榜少鹽少糖,所以呢個勝瓜炒雲耳清清淡淡,夠晒健康。芙蓉賽螃蟹賽螃蟹大大份,加上帶子,好綿好嫩呀!味菜豉汁炒豬青肉成餐飯呢個都算重口味!味菜配上豉汁,夠晒惹味!餸飯一流。(記住Like同Share畀朋友)By A姐M佬
