好耐冇打過邊爐啦~ 打邊爐最緊要係個湯底同用料夠新鮮!今日食呢間胡爐兩樣都做得好出色呀醬料乾淨企理,抵讚鮮椰青雞鍋 $238鍋底首先上左半隻雞、同埋椰肉、杞子等配料;另外上左酒、雞湯同原個椰青備用影完相店員隨即開始炒雞炒到半熟狀態加入酒燒後變成一個火陷煮食表演,香氣隨酒精揮發曬出黎,好精彩呀原個椰青既汁倒曬入湯底度再加入雞湯煮到可以食得時店員好貼心咁埋黎勺走湯面既肥油成個湯底立刻清澈好多雞肉帶椰香湯底做好後可以飲左碗湯先,之後再開始打邊爐。成個湯好鮮甜,滿是椰子清香;雞味香濃,一飲就飲左兩碗啦手切牛頸脊(小) $288打邊爐又點少得肥牛呢!手切肥牛比起機切既多左一份厚度,而手功切可看清楚肉既紋理,切出既部份都係鬆化美味。最誇張係我撈撈吓發現有舊肥牛放左落去已經唔知幾耐,完全唔記得左!但咬落依然鬆化,全碟都無一塊係韌既。一等佳品呀~自家製炸魚皮 $68呢度既自家製炸魚皮又係有特色既,又薄又直,而且灑上一層薄薄既調味鹽。沾湯或單吃都同樣美味。芝心墨魚丸 $47手打墨魚丸又面有粒粒彈牙墨魚肉,有咬口,墨魚膠打得唔錯,可惜芝士少左啲,無爆醬既效果。冰豆腐 $48冰豆腐有兩大磚,蜂巢效果做得好,
