朋友今日帶左我去蠔吧食晚餐,佢話呢度啲生蠔幾抵食我地頭盤先叫左一打法國生蠔,兩隻北海道帶子刺身,一板海兩膽,兩隻地中海紅蝦同埋兩隻Cherry Stone Clam我蠔我地叫店員幫我地揀啲時令既生蠔,咁佢就揀左六款每樣兩隻,店員亦有提醒我地要順次序食,先可以品嚐到生蠔既味道。主食方面,我地點左一個小食,兩個main courseParma Ham Scallop Toasts($198)用Parma Ham 包住帶子,令帶子既口感變得豐富,有驚喜黑毛豬扒拌沙律($298)呢個豬扒煮得夠哂淋,口感軟熟。側邊位有少少肥,但配埋沙律食中和返又幾唔錯!非洲虎蝦 Risotto($318)呢個蝦意大利飯係必食!!好多餐廳既意大利飯都煮得唔好食!但呢度係好好味!意大利飯既口感比正宗既軟少少,適合香港人口味之餘又唔好太淋太爛!另外醬汁同飯好夾!唯一要挑剔既就係蝦肉煮得有少少過火。
