To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸菜魚餐廳愈開愈多，見呢間主打冷鍋酸菜魚，長期都咁多人，當然要試下～❤必食冷鍋酸菜魚 見識少以為叫冷鍋係鍋係凍既，一摸個鍋係勁熱😳 冷鍋原來只係唔係邊食邊熱煮個鍋，因為魚肉已經熟好最滑既狀態，所以就唔繼續加熱～ 魚肉真係好滑好嫩，酸菜鍋底酸酸麻麻咁，有芽菜冬粉等配菜，好大鍋好味rrr🧡炸小饅頭 饅頭炸到外面黃金色，個面脆得黎入面仲係熱辣辣好軟熟💛麻辣牛肚 辣度揀左BB辣，少辣得黎又麻又香，牛肚份量十足既涼菜💚 黑糖糍粑 糯米糍粑in un 撤面既黃豆粉好香，再點微微糖既黑糖醬，加埋都唔會太甜食得滋味又飽，價錢又唔太貴，係encore 之選呀🥰
