之前已經食過呢度嘅姊妹店Asian Lab,今日特登試吓越南嘢菜!叫左拼盤炒飯同呢個金邊粉,雖然拼盤炒飯都唔錯低特別推薦呢款越南大頭蝦配蝦頭油炒金邊粉,真係好好味!餐廳話呢個菜要多啲時間準備,但做出來嘅味道真係一流。大頭蝦大到足足有半隻手掌咁大,肉質鮮嫩,蝦膏十足,口感超級正。炒金邊粉用咗蝦頭油,好香,味道好入味,蝦同粉配搭得天衣無縫。呢個菜式有種避風塘蝦嘅感覺,咸香味濃,食完之後真係令人回味無窮。絕對冇令我失望,下次一定會返轉頭🥰🥰
