To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上搭高鐵前打算先吃點東西醫肚,於是就來到站內的點心店「飲啖茶,食個包」。來到添好運,當然必叫這裡出名的酥皮叉燒包,每個都是熱辣辣新鮮出爐。叉燒包外層酥皮香脆,裡面是滿滿的叉燒餡,味道甜甜地易入口。另外還叫了一些點心, 有蘿蔔糕、腸粉和 糯米雞等,糯米雞份量足料,味道一般,不過不失。腸粉滑溜而且皮薄餡靚,味道不錯。盅飯我們選了牛肉蛋飯,牛肉嫩滑,加上流心蛋黃一起吃味道很夾。點心價錢不算貴,質素也有保證,不過眾多款點心當中,都是酥皮叉燒包比較值得推薦。
