同一班同事去了金公館食晚餐,本來想叫這裏的招牌菜北京填鴨,可惜等位時已經話沽清,唯有下次再試啦。我們一行三人點了幾款小食及小菜,小食全部都是幾十蚊起,價錢合理。雞絲粉皮:淋上麻醬的雞絲粉皮,粉皮煙韌且晶凝通透,雞絲亦都不鞋,一個幾開胃的小食。椒鹽九肚魚:炸得外脆內嫩,表面灑上些辣粉,帶點惹味。京滷鴨舌:鴨舌滷得入味不過有點腍,不夠爽彈。雞湯雲吞:雲吞皮厚薄適中,裏面啖啖豬肉餡,以雞湯煮熟,有淡淡雞湯鮮甜味。香酥葱油餅:很香的葱花味,中間鬆軟,不過有點油膩。百合腰果炒桂花蚌帶子:桂花蚌爽脆,帶子細細粒但嫩腍,百合爽口,加上脆卜卜的腰果,簡單又健康。酸菜桂魚片:桂魚片完全無骨,而且魚肉雪白,鮮甜嫩滑,酸菜的酸味適中,湯底帶酸味還有魚鮮味,令人食唔停口。腿茸杞子扒津白:津白上面放上杞子及金華火腿蓉,湯汁充滿了雞汁及金華火腿的咸香味。三鮮鍋巴:鍋巴炸得鬆脆但比較油膩,配上火腿、豬頸肉、蝦仁、魷魚、筍等汁料,十分飽肚。
