To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去朋友家，唔想煮😂就落樓下八月茶室食個晚餐。招牌酸菜魚（小），$188。份量好足，呢個酸菜魚嘅湯底酸辣得啱啱好，酸味令人好開胃，忍唔住飲都幾口湯。魚片滑嫩鮮甜，完全冇魚腥味，吸哂湯底嘅精華。配料有萵筍，薯粉，雞髀菇，酸菜嘅爽口同魚片嘅嫩滑形成強烈對比，整體唔錯。芝麻黑糖醋骨，$80醋香味濃郁，帶有黑糖嘅甜味，芝麻嘅香氣亦突出，味道酸酸甜甜。黃金脆皮蝦球，$94蝦球煎到金黃脆口，外層香脆，有啖啖鹹蛋黃香。內裡嘅蝦肉鮮甜彈牙，蝦味十足。鹹蛋黃同鮮蝦味道完美結合，滿足感爆燈。我哋叫咗 紅豆冰 同 雜果竇治，各$15。紅豆冰 甜度啱啱好，紅豆煮得軟綿綿，配埋冰沙，食落去冰涼甜美。雜果竇治嘅水果好refresh，原罐七喜咁到落杯，飲完清爽解膩。加白飯 同 例湯都只係$12，食到好飽👍
