久唔久就身痕想食日本野,今日黎到美食集中地 -- 清風街,試試呢間悅鮨,入到去,已經見到兩位師傅辛勤工作,由此推測,刺身同壽司應該唔錯,就叫黎試下。黎到真係嘩一聲,個presentation實在太靚!而家逐樣介紹番先。(由上至下)深海池魚、中拖羅、池魚他他。深海池魚鮮味爽口,口感極佳;中拖羅一咬即溶;池魚他他味道都幾濃,配酸汁將會係不錯既選擇。(由上至下)白蝦壽司、吞拿魚壽司、北海道馬糞海膽壽司。白蝦壽司係用好多細蝦組成,軟腍有鮮味;吞拿魚壽司油分適中,口感軟嫰;北海道馬糞海膽壽司味道濃郁鮮甜,非常好,必食。炸蟹仔外殼香脆,入面有羔,用黎送酒一流。松露醬油燒帶子刺身,帶子厚身+新鮮,配黑松露香味更突出;用紫菜包住食,多一重香脆口感,正!生粟米,清甜無渣,有D似食生馬蹄,非常驚喜!青檸啫喱,清香帶酸味,用黎清味蕾最啱。由師傅自己醃既紫薑,酸度剛好,非常細嫰,係另一驚喜。食完一輪刺身同壽司,係時候食熱葷。呢條「喜知次一夜干」,係將喜知次醃製後風乾一晚再燒,少少乾身,味道帶鹹,外皮煎得香脆,果然係日本人既至愛!餐廳有提供套餐,三道菜$380,五道菜$550。我地揀左三道菜,除左剛才介紹過既「

餐廳有提供套餐,三道菜$380,五道菜$550。我地揀左三道菜,除左剛才介紹過既「松露醬油燒帶子刺身」,仲有「汁燒黑豚架」同「鮮蟹粥鍋」。黑豚架肉質細嫰,而且調味上佳,值得推薦。

蟹粥用火鍋上,熱辣辣,材料豐富:用毛蟹肉、蟹膏、菜絲、冬菇、雞蛋等熬製,清淡得黎帶點鮮甜,唔鍾意濃味既朋友就最啱。
