走到中環街角,發現隱世餐廳,酒吧既setting好岩放工一族係度消遣。8點前入座有overtime menu,每個set既價格大多是100幾蚊,係中環心臟地帶十分相宜。黑安格斯肉眼店員都問要幾成熟,佢俾左2成熟,平時食開5成。覺得塊扒勁正,本身肉質靚,食落好滑。可能現場黑黑地,又唔覺多血水。因為用了醃料,所以外層好惹味呀。唔駛加醬都得。仲有脆口薯條,加埋已經好飽。天婦羅蝦便當欣賞佢加左紫菜同醃蘿白漬,蝦有3隻,很豐富。每個餐都有跟沙律同湯同飲品,日式便當跟個麵鼓湯,一杯橙汁一杯菠蘿汁。傾傾下計,飲開酒就叫埋串燒,始終餐廳用長備炭,燒烤時溫度可達一千度,風味特別不同。
