To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左老友喺紅磡呢間LE cafe食晏。話說我知道呢間野係因為我同事，佢住紅磡，我問佢紅磡有咩好食，佢諗左一陣，推介左呢間俾我老友喺紅磡返工，我早啲到，坐低叫左野先。間野唔算好大，地方較窄。我叫左蒜蓉白酒汁蜆肉意大利麵，加個粟米湯，飲凍檸茶。老友之後黎到，叫左白酒雞柳意大利麵，凍檸茶。想講下粟米湯，唔好諗住有粟米，冇架，因為啲粟米溶哂喺個湯度，粟米味香到不得了，必試好，講下意粉，好老實，唔係好食到有白酒味，好香白汁味，但幾漏，好快有飽肚感，個意粉軟硬適中少少蝦碌，杯凍檸茶飲落冇甜味，原來枱面有糖漿，要自己加，我飲左兩啖先知，仲要係朋友講先知
