今日黎銅鑼灣做野,第一次發現Holiday Inn 旁邊有一整幢餐廳,又係時候發掘下好野食!《淮生杞子螺頭燉雞腳湯 $168》秋冬季節當然要飲多啲湯滋潤一下!見到呢個螺頭湯有3-4人份量先$168,真係飲得過。湯既味道清甜,唔係飲完會好口渴既味精,而侍應哥哥將湯渣分開再放到碟上,咁就可以食埋湯中好粉既淮生。《乳豬 例牌 》新斗記最出名既乳豬,點可以唔食?乳豬皮肉分開,皮夠香脆,真係脆到想買一份番屋企做小食!點埋醬汁真係食到停唔到口。肉方面估唔到咁有口感!乳豬肉嫩滑中帶嚼勁,每件都好好咬,難怪乳豬係呢度既招牌菜。《粟米大魚塊 $158》由細到大都好鐘意食粟米班腩,因為啲汁都係好好味。呢份大魚塊可以話係食過既最高質之一,堅係件件都好大件,魚同粟米汁分開上,咁就唔怕香口既魚會淋曬。魚肉好滑溜而粟米汁中有好多粟米粒粒,送飯一流。《馬拉糕 $28》我最愛既馬拉糕!呢度既馬拉糕非常合我心意,夠軟綿,有蔗糖味。《家鄉魚鬆炆米粉 $98》炆米粉份量原來咁多,至少分到6-8碗。當我地兩個女仔食左上面咁多野既時候,淨係一人食到一碗~
