返到香港,依然不捨得日本的美食,今晚黎到天后的一間小店,由日藉師傳主理經營的《順日本料理》,這店出晒名食牛舌,今晚既然來到,我地兩個當然也要點牛舌啦!😋我就選了這裡的Special Recommendation《厚燒牛舌便當》,套餐內3塊厚燒牛舌真係超厚,度埋去,有成2. 5cm咁厚呀!😍牛舌肉扒經烤煎後,肉質依然多汁豐富,非常惹味,配上冷蕎麥麵,還跟上味噌湯,煙三文魚,雜菜沙拉,今天雖然沒有雪糕,但換上了泡芙,套餐非常豐富。而Alex就選了《咖喱厚切牛舌飯》,同樣3塊厚牛舌,爽口又重牛味,配上順滑的日式咖喱汁,香甜惹味。另外還點了招牌及人氣菜式廣島蠔鍋,湯底鮮甜,廣島蠔肥美。明明說好今年要戒掉內臟,一時忘記,被鮮嫩味美,油脂豐富,香味獨特,入口溶化既鵝肝吸引起來,既然點了,無理由唔食既😜

而Alex就選了《咖喱厚切牛舌飯》,同樣3塊厚牛舌,爽口又重牛味,配上順滑的日式咖喱汁,香甜惹味。

另外還點了招牌及人氣菜式廣島蠔鍋,湯底鮮甜,廣島蠔肥美。

明明說好今年要戒掉內臟,一時忘記,被鮮嫩味美,油脂豐富,香味獨特,入口溶化既鵝肝吸引起來,既然點了,無理由唔食既😜
