To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次過嚟K11 musea 都會有浸甜甜地嘅香味~行行吓街攰攰地就去咗呢間好出名食海南雞飯嘅新加坡菜坐低～環境都幾舒適，舖頭設計都幾懷舊咁😎而家都做緊限定餐點🥰文華海南雞飯 $138啲雞除咗滑之外仲好有雞味😋係必點嘅海南雞飯～點埋啲甜甜地嘅汁同埋酸辣醬都好好食！食得出佢哋嘅醬汁係經過特別調製同其他店舖係有少少唔同😋最愛係皮中間嘅啫喱狀精華🥰雞湯清清地唔錯👍🏻-黑醬油炒鮮蝦蘿蔔糕 $58好鍾意佢哋嘅炒蘿蔔糕除咗好惹味之外仲有好香嘅蝦味送飯一流😆-雞絲河粉 $68雖然個湯底望落好似好清咁但係其實都好夠味配上好滑嘅河粉夾埋雞肉一齊食很剛好～-芒果菠蘿冰 +$24好多粒菠蘿好清新😎
