To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人食飯中菜幾乎係首選。屋企附近呢間中菜館成日座無虛席,離遠都聞到鑊氣嘅味道,今日決定黎試下。呢度出名海鮮,當然要叫返兩味。特價海鮮孖寶確實幾抵食,龍躉加埋蟶子都只係四百幾蚊。條沙巴龍躉好大條,啖啖肉,火候都控制得幾好。蟶子用蒜蓉蒸絕對係冇得輸。芥辣牛柳粒,芥辣醬嘅味道可以減卻牛柳粒嘅膩感,食多幾嚿都唔怕。仲配有琥珀合桃,甜度剛剛好,口感香脆得黎,外層嘅麥芽糖帶有煙靭感。最後加個魚腐浸菜苗,有我最鍾意食嘅豆苗,配上魚湯汁,送飯一流。
