很久之前吃過這邊的海鮮拼盤,今天友人提起二人便來個晚餐聚會。熱船長海鮮拼盤要了Platter A($398),可以選擇三種海鮮。我們選擇了海蝦、活蜆、活青口,各十隻。卡薑蒜蓉汁惹味帶辣勁,配上其他的薯仔、玉米、香腸等已經非常飽肚!路易斯安那式特式蟹餅($102)啖啖蟹肉,非常好吃。白酒煮活蜆扁意大利粉($118)用上百里香、洋蔥、蒜及紅辣椒,炒得乾身惹味。Fruit Punch($58)是橙汁、菠蘿汁、雪碧、鮮果及紅石榴糖漿所製成,不會過甜,有種童年回憶。Peach On The Peach($58)用上薄荷葉、青檸、桃茸及薑汁汽水,味道不錯,清新。最後甜品要了New York Cheese Cake($78),跟想像中很不一樣,雪山的樣子,有點deconstructed的感覺,還蠻特別的。
